I've been searching for a dark brown leather chaise to accent my dark brown hand rubbed leather sofa and love seat in a family room. Reviews appear to be good and price reduction is great. Hope I'm not disappointed

"The chaise lounge shows it has free shipping. Is this free white glove shipping? I ask because I have a back injury and would need them to place in my living room and remove packaging. The next question is, if it is damaged, do they take it back when we see that it is damaged?"

No, they will bring it in the door but that's it. If you dot have to take it up any stairs it should not be a problem, it is easy to move around. It comes in a huge box, so you will have to dispose of all the cardboard and packaging.

I ordered this chair a few months ago, and the delivery was NOT white glove. It's not a very heavy chair but it does seem to be good quality. The only assembly it requires is to screw on the feet. My issue was one of the feet did not catch the thread, so does not screw in. I decided to contact Abbyson Living rather than Great Offer Stock to fix the problem and am still in the process ( a couple of months) to get it fixed. I did, however, order another piece of furniture from Great Offer Stock that was damaged and they worked with me to have it replaced. Good luck.
