Ordered two of these...10x14 and 9x12 for a space in a spa...needed something subtle. Shipping took forever, and when they arrived in the nick of time, the larger one had a three corner tear right through the packaging...shipper's fault, not Great Offer Stock. We needed the rug immediately so I called a pro to come in and repair the rug. Looks good as new. In the meantime, Great Offer Stock immediately shipped a new rug. Told them it was not necessary, and they refunded me *** to cover the cost of the repair. Great customer service!
the Rug is so beautiful with contemporary design and colorful.
It's comfortable and soft. My dog likes it, she rolls around in it. It's gray with a white color mixture. I put a picture of my small sectional so you will now how a 10x14 inch rug will look like.
