You get what you pay for, my mother's contractor bought this, it was a great price but it was missing parts and the companies customer service was a disaster. Faucets still leak.

Good experience buying from Great Offer Stock. Sales rep's description is clear and helpful to us in terms of search a right design and size of a walk-in bath tub for our old and weak lovely grandma. However, you do need an experienced plumber to install the unit. My children's nod I enjoying taking shower and bath in it because it's roomy and got a seat in it. Highly recommend this item to everyone. By the way, Great Offer Stock got the best price among all the supplier of this model and it was a smooth delivery. Great experience of shopping.
