This item is the most basic, cheap wine rack you will find. All it has going for it is price and utility at the cost of not storing the larger champagne bottles. We had spent more than double the price on a "redwood stained" wood rack from ***. That item was returned after some needless delay from the seller. It soured us on alternatives that were increasingly expensive. This is not going to be furniture! You're going to need to install this on something to get it off the floor- I'm using some 2x2 that will be painted to match the baseboard. I'm also installing three horizontal 1x4 with screws into the wall studs. Then I'll attach the rack to the wood with #10 screws. There is no way this rack will be secure by fastening it to the drywall with plastic anchors and short little screws. The cost of additional screws and wood was under *** and I estimate four hours to accomplish the work. So this is a conditional review based on the limitations of the product.
