This Sensor Pump gets the job done effectively& efficiently. This a better product because the battery chamber is separated from the soap chamber.

I love this senor pump and I am going to order another one for my bathroom.

Does the job for kids bathroom, otherwise, there is soap everywhere. I do wish it wasn't so plastic for the price, but by design it doesn't get handled so it should last a while.

It does get clogged occasionally as others have mentioned when you don't use the brand soap. Minor inconvenience to clear it every once in a while.

Had 3 of them. All 3 clog up really fast (about 3-4 weeks of daily use). I use simplehuman's soap. And I use it frequently. It still clogs up. Got sick of keep returning it to them to fix it. Going to get just a regular soap pump.

Love, love, love. Here's why: 1) compact on my counter; 2) batteries last a long time; 3) easy to change batteries; 4) HATE manual soap dispensers, as they are unsanitary and messy; 5) cool, modern brushed steel design goes with my faucets. NOTE: I strongly urge you to sue the simplehuman soap. It really is designed to work better with the dispenser (anti-clog).

I used their soap; then I put in regular soap. Clogged it to the point that i almost threw it away. But later I took it apart and worked on it for an hour...and it works. BUT...it also drips: Don't know when, but I find a small hardened pool of soap under the pump more often than I'd like to.

I bought this in January and it worked great for about 6 months when the pump made a weird noise one day and it just died. I was expecting a hassle trying to get warranty service, but went right to Simple Human's support website. It took about 5 minutes to fill out their support form and a couple days later a pre-paid UPS shipping label arrived in the mail. Threw the pump in a box, slapped the label on and dropped it off at UPS. About a week later I got an email from the company saying a brand new replacement was being shipped out and it arrived at my front door a couple days later. I seriously LOVE the convenience of this product and I suppose like anything mechanical, these have some chance of failure, but the great warranty service from this company makes up for it.

Have a half bath downstairs which is lacking cabinet or counter space for soap dish and hand cleansing paraphernalia. Also needed a soap dispenser with a small footprint so that it would not obstruct the hot-cold water fixtures. This little gem fit the bill! Easy to fill; container holds a considerable amount of hand cleansing liquid ; the batteries last a long time and are easy to replace. This product is easy to clean and keep cleaned. A great buy. Love it. Will be ordering more for the other bathrooms.

Although I need more time using the product I am pleased with its operation. Not only is this a very good looking unit, it also works very nicely so far. It definitely helps to conserve on the amount of soap dispensed so there is not a lot of waste like other dispensers. With other dispensers there is a lot of extra soap that is not needed. At this point in time I would recommend this to a friend.

Bought one for myself and loved it so much that I bought a bunch for Christmas gifts. It is easy to use, sleek and compact - also easy to refill. Love it!

These pumps are the greatest invention! I own three of these-two in the kitchen for dish soap and regular soap and one in the bath. I love the fact that when you hands are soiled, you just put your hand under the sensor and out comes the soap. In addition, these particular pumps are great because the storage bin is clear and you know exactly when to refill. Don't hesitate - buy it.

We have tried other brands before and they died after a short time. So far, so good with these and they seem to work better than those we have had previously. No drips and no accidental soap spills due to the sensor pointing down instead of straight out. We do love the touchless aspect in the kitchen and the fact that you can adjust the amount of soap dispensed. Clear reservoir lets you see when to add soap and the items stay looking nice so far. Working well at the moment.
