I love philosophy products. It takes out my water proof eye make up. It does go on oily, but I immediately wipe it off. I wouldn't put on my eye makeup immediately afterward because it's oily at first. It serves its purpose and I like it.
I got this for my sister in law for charismas. When it came in I opened it to make sure it wasn't broken ( it was not) and when I opened it the colors are so beautiful the picture that they use to advertise does not do it justice at all. I have tried many other eyelash serums. Most make my eyes burn quite a bit and leave my eyes red. The InstaNatural eyelash serum did not. It is gentle and easy to apply. I use it in the morning before I put on my make-up and at night right before bed. It is best to let the serum dry before applying make-up. I haven't used it that long but I have high hopes for this product.
I never really put much effort into my eyebrows. Yes, some shaping and light fill here and there but good brows make a difference. I've tried everything i.e. Powders, pencils, wax but this stuff basically does it all. Pretty easy too. This is my second tube. I wear medium makeup 💄 5+ days a week, light to nothing on days off so it lasted me pretty long. The applicator brush works pretty good too. I think maybe people didn't close it up tight so it dried up. I have dark brown summer hair and black hair in winter and use the black brown which really isn't black it's just perfect. I didn't want black eyebrows.
