Yes, been oil has a weird, fairly stinky odor. It's also extremely thick. I knew this when I bought it. However, the benefits of this oil far outweigh those inconveniences. Google the benefits and you'll see what I mean. It's a natural antifungal and it's also great for your hair, to name two.
What I do to mask the scent (it's not that horrific) is to add several drops of lavender EO or another EO, depending on how I am using it.
It's a royal pain to get this out of the bottle with the dropper. Why they don't put this in jars is beyond me. All I do is take a long thin scoop tool and literally dig it out and put it in a one oz cosmetic jar. To get the last out, I run the bottle under warm water, turn it upside down and wait for gravity to do its thing.
NOW isn't my number one go-to for EO's. (Plant Therapy is the best, in my opinion.) But for oils like this, it's good. Plus, it's a lot cheaper on Great Offer Stock than in my local health food store.
