I have a permanent ileostomy which requires me to where gloves any and every time I need to empty my pouch and I go through about one box per week. I have been using these gloves for over two (2) years now and have never had a leak, failure or tear. I also use them for working on my bicycles and cars and they have held up there as well. I and my employees use these gloves while changing my father, the victim of a stroke. They fit comfortably and are a good thickness to prervent breakthroughs. I also have cut the fingers off to use on my thumb to keep it covered while healing cuts.....bandaids don't fit right and the clear shield of the glove is not as noticeable. I give them two thumbs up.
