I'm thinking about sending this one back. When I first looked at it, I noticed a few needles were bent. I took tweezers and straightened them out, I thought but then I noticed little blood spots on my leg and saw that some more needles were bent. I might have to send it back.🙁

Both rollers I ordered had bent needles. Check carefully and either clip defective needles off at base or reshape before use. Bent needles will damage skin. Great Offer Stock should not be selling these until manufacturer resolves issue. Items bought at discount can be imperfect but never never harmful

Bought this for my daughter. She is using and says it seems to have helped her blemishes.

I recommend you use with a numbing cream

Hey guys! So if you're thinking about purchasing this dermaroller because you're like me and have been watching continuous YouTube videos about its super powers - then you've come to the right review! I purchased this because it was cheap. Fault #1. Reviews I had already read about buying the cheaper dermarollers warned that the needles could be damaged-too blunt. There were quite a few needles angled 90degrees in the wrong direction. I don't like making mistakes (especially shopping mistakes) so I just used a box cutter to straighten the bent needles. Probably stupid but it seemed to get the job done. I'm not using this for my face so I didn't really see the few bent needles as a terrible thing. If you are planning to use this on your face PLEASE either buy the better brand or return if ANY needles are bent- this could lead to scarring worse than any wrinkles/acne scars you may already have. I've used it once this week and it looks like everything is fine- no extra redness/signs of infection so I will continue to use on these dreaded growth spurt stretchies.. Hope this helps! BUY vitamin c, e oil, & alcohol before it arrives.

I have used this several times and plan on still using it! At first you may say no more it Hurts! The secret is do not put a lot of pressure because it Will Hurt ! I hope it will help to increase hair growth and maybe improve my skin,wrinkles!

I have read about needling and several different opinions about it. My experience is awesome, I did not have any breakouts and my skin is much more smoother and after using many different dark spot cremes this simple and painless process in combination with retinol did an amazing job!

I think I was over zealous when I ordered this item. I should've gotten the .5 or 1 length. The 1.5 is just a little too much on my face. Otherwise I'm pleased.
