I love the equipment but had to buy another type of wax

I have had one since like 2004 and I love it. It last forever and I want a new one and they are so reasonable. every woman and man should have one.

This item is okay but the wax without strips doesn't work to well

She said she was going to Florida so I got her a good-bye gift. She laughed and said this was the best gift she has in a while LOL because it was easy to use and great for sensitive skin.

Works well with the hard wax, make waxing easy for me.

Daughter loves it will save money in the future.

Paid for item and never received it. Took almost 2 months to get cooperation for a refund.
