I have ordered plenty of refurbished products through the years including TV's and monitors. This TV seems to work so far but the plastic cabinet is scuffed and scratched. I have never had one arrive looking very used. The TV is seems ok but if I knew it was going to arrive with cosmetic issues I would have just ordered a new one.

This is a very nice TV and a good value. Easy to set up.

Happy with tv though shipping was slow

This is my second Samsung from Great Offer Stock. The first died after just two days. This one seems to be working. Picture quality is okay. I had a 8 year old Sony prior to this and I feel the picture quality was better on that television. However, we aren't big TV watchers so this hasn't been a big issue. We don't use the "smart" portion of this television as we have a Roku box and no cable. However, everything seems to be working well and we purchased the warranty this time (A MUST) which gives us piece of mind.

This was a good deal for the price. I only use it to play xbox games, so I'd recommend a bigger TV generally speaking.

Even though it is refurbished, you would never know it. Great screen and was easy to set up and start using.

The tv is great. However, I would suggest the keyboard for the internet it makes it a lot easier to navigate. Their are not many apps Netflix is included the rest are not. Overall great sound and picture quality.

No problems yet. Make sure you get the warranty.

I bought this tv and the 3-year warranty. I'm glad I got the warranty. Within a day, the tv started making a loud buzzing noise and shut itself off in the middle of a program. It also kept dropping the wi-fi. I called Great Offer Stock and they sent me a replacement - without requiring the defective television to be returned first. I have 45 days to return the old one and the great thing is that I can use the box from the new one. I've not had any issues with the replacement, but I haven't had time to watch more than one program this week, so I'm just assuming it's fine. I'm very happy with the picture and sound, but I don't like the remote. It's awkward and I'm hoping to find a universal replacement. All in all, it's a good value for the price when you get one that works.

My son likes the TV. He said that coming down to a 40-inch from an 80-inch took some getting used to, but this apartment is much smaller and the set works fine.

This tv is great. It's just the right size for my toddler's playroom. It my first smart tv and I will be replacing my other televisions very soon. It was a great buy.

This is a great low profile TV and works very well thus far. The sound quality doesn't seem right to me as I have to turn the volume up around 40 to hear it. Most other TV's I own work at around the 20 setting.

It's not easy in any way. It takes forever to "warm up". We are all very computer adept but this 'smart TV' exasperates us all. Once it's functioning there is a nice image. Otherwise I wouldn't wish this TV on anyone....period.

Looks good but the picture isn't quite as good as I expected. There are different picture types, such as Natural, Dynamic and Movie and I think I will have to play around with the settings to get the correct one. Definitely a good buy, I also purchased the 3 yr warranty for an extra $50.
