went out of date soon. not worth the price paid

Anyone reading this review has likely researched all of the tablets that are currently on the market. Accordingly, you know that the Xoom is one of the best. My review will focus on the Great Offer Stock purchase specifically. Shipping took a little longer than expected, but it was still acceptable, especially considering the price tag. The other thing that was strange is that thie item seems to be an out-of-country version. Everything defaulted to English, but the specific location defaulted to Singapore. Additionally, the warranty paperwork showed a Singapore address for it to be mailed to. This does not seem to have caused any problems with the unit's operation. The only related inconvenience is that the Xoom came with a power cord for another country. Included was an adapter to allow it to work here. This is kind of strange, but not a deal-breaker. I had bought one of the desktop charger units, so I hardly notice the strange cord that came with the unit.

Got the Xoom as a gift for my husband. He was totally surprised and loves it. He's been saying for awhile now that he was thinking of getting himself a tablet -- now he has one, and it's compatible with his Android mobile phone, even better!

We love our Xoom. The only thing wrong with it was it came with an European style plug in and we are still waiting on a new cord. I was able to find another plug in for right now.

I purchased this product in the United States and they sent me a tablet for Singapore! What a rip off!

This tablet was an excellent buy; I was able to get more memory & larger screen than others similarly priced. Within aa half hour of receiving it, it was up & running & my granddaughter was enjoying her favorites apps.

The Xoom came with wall charger for a foreign country. I had to buy a separate wall outlet. Also Great Offer Stock takes 2 weeks to deliver. Buy Xoom elsewhere. Xoom is good, just a little bit heavy. I'm satisfied with it.
