My review is probably premature. Batteries need to be used extensively first to be sure they are as advertised. Many Li-ion battery products, especially many from China, are overrated, and/or of lesser quality. However, the package I received was as advertised, the batteries charged up nicely, and they seem to be working fine. The price was certainly reasonable. Based on limited use I'd say this is a good product. I have extensive electronic devices, and buy a lot of similar products to power them. I probably have a 10 to 20 percent failure rate. However, the price easily justifies the risk. When they work, they tend to work very well, and this product seems to be a good bet. I checked for excessive drainage while they are just stored, and found no problem, so that's a good sign. Besides, you get two batteries in this package, and the odds are that at least one of them will be O.K. So, with your original battery, and at least one of these, you have plenty of back-up for almost any situation. I use mine in a Nikon S9700. Caution. Don't leave a battery in the charger too long. I haven't confirmed that the charger drops to a "trickle" when the battery is fully charged. So, don't risk over charging. I do have an "in line" current monitor, and I will be checking this out later. If the current draw drops appropriately once a full charge is attained, then you are in good shape! The external charger is a very handy thing to have for charging outside of the camera. If subsequent usage and testing is favorable, I would give this product 5 stars.
