Machine is Great! However did not recieve all item I have just started to play around with the machine which has been fun so far however I am disappointed by Great Offer Stock. I did not receive the dust cover, vinyl trimmer and in my heat transfer kit there was none of the smooth heat transfer material. Contacted Great Offer Stock and was told someone would contact me within 24 hours. I am still waiting. For spending $*I would of hoped to of had better customer service. First purchase with this company and most likely my last.

Definitely recommended even for first timers I am not a crafty person but love this machine. I did have to do quite a bit of research to use it as the owners guide included isn't as detailed as what you can find either on the Silhouette site or on other sties that have great instructions.

Accessories not included I ordered this package and only received the machine. Upon speaking with customer service, I was advised that they did not have the accessories. Seems like this should have been noted in the first place, or advertised as the machine only. I have not used my silhouette yet, so I can't comment on how it works. Just know you may want to check first to see if they have the accessories before ordering this bundle.
