I was concerned about purchasing a refurbished sewing machine for my grown up daughter, but I wanted a machine that was versatile, that could be used for a variety of projects, and the price was great. This machine was an excellent choice. It came in pristine condition, and does everything it says it can do. The instructions are pretty easy to understand, and if more clarification is needed there are many YouTube videos that are helpful.

To be honest, I was a bit hesitant to order a Factory Refurbished sewing machine thinking it would be a headache and would have to repair it alot....but I was soooo wrong! It looks brand new the packaging was just like if it was on a store self brand new!...and so far no problems, and for *** , Im amazed of all the features this sewing machine has. I would say this is the best sewing machine I've ever owned :)

I love my refurbished sewing machine. It was actually the best price over, *** it was a complete suprisingly to me. I even had a little trouble with checkout (due to my stupid bank) . So I gave gem a call. & it was the BEST! & FASTEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I've ever experienced over the phone. There was basically no wait time on the phone & I felt like they were there to help me :) I was on the phone with them for 15/20 mins. Vs. My bank which I was on the phone for 2 hours. But the sewing machine itself came with so much it's great for beginners & experienceD sewers. & the monogram touch is just the greatest perk. :) I also absolutely love the extended quilting table that attaches to the machine. This piece ALONE COST ***! I will definitely buy from Great Offer Stock in the near future

I'm a beginner sewer so took my time and did not set up the machine until I read up and knew more about machine set up. Tried to start sewing a small project, but kept getting error message. It was well past the 30 day return policy before I had chance to start my project. So I did not return the faulty machine because of the return policy. The machine never worked. Waste of money!

We've never owned a sewing machine, so we have nothing to compare it to. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas. So far she loves it, she really loves all the different stitches. As always fast shipping.

OK... I am admittedly NOT a seasoned seamstress (seamster?) and bought to to teach myself how to sew and basically stop paying for the simple things (replace a zipper, hem some pants, etc.). I took a couple beginning lessons at JoAnn's and they agree, this is a very nice machine. I've had no issues doing pretty much anything and now can tailor and create and just plain have fun. This has tons of options I'm yet to explore, but it works perfectly, is VERY easy to use and frankly I am very pleased with the results.

Works great. Received the wrong arm extension but when notified Great Offer Stock responded immediately and had the correct part here in 3 days.

My first computerized machine and I love it! My other machine I use is a Bernina from the 1980's. Love the new needle threader on this Brother!
