Great little Sewing Machine!

We initially purchased this sewing machine for my daughter who was in 3rd grade at the time. She used it to practice on projects for her sewing class. Fast forward six years later and she has ditched sewing as a hobby and I’ve been using this machine ever since. It’s awesome! Easy to use and so many stitch options I’ve barely scratched the surface of trying them all out. If you are a professional seamstress this machine might not be for you. I dabble in sewing - costumes for kids, curtains, pillowcases, etc and it’s perfect for me. Anytime I have an issue with the bobbin or threading I just reference the handy guide and I’m able to fix it easily. Definitely recommend!

It broke too easily. Did not last very long. Normally products like these should atleast provide a decent few years but this one did not least at all. Disappointed in the quality of the product overall.

I have used the sewing machine for a few years now. Works well but I am not familiar with all of its capabilities as I am mostly using a straight stitch.

Nice machine. Came with a much needed CD to help setup the machine and other helpful hints. I had not used a machine in a very long time and had forgotten most of what I had learned when I was younger. So the video totally was unexpected but much appreciated. It has many functions That someone with more experience I’m sure would much appreciate. The downside to this is that it comes exactly as shown. There isn’t a Cover to protect it from dust and other elements.. so expect to purchase additional table, cover etc.. the description also says REFURBISHED, mine arrived looking brand new. Happy for that

I absolutely Love this machine! Super easy to use. Has a huge selection of fun stitches (80) I have purchased a couple of these machines for family. I have purchased one for My Grami & one for my Mama. I highly recommend this Brother machine!

I really like the sewing machine and all the things that it offered especially the large area if you are a quilter. I did return this and actually get one that could embroider some thing a bit larger because the size is limited on this. Be sure you check the embroidery size limitation.

This sewing machine is beautiful. Everytjing worked as advertised. The daughter learned everything she could from my sister and loves sewing with it.

I had a singer for over 30 yes. This machine does so much more. I refer to the manual to figure out some of the features and still learning. But, great machine!

Great starter machine. Took a bit to get the tension right on the stitching. Lots of little extras to make sewing a little more fun. Would buy again.

I bought this when my daughter started seeing. Very straightforward instructions, and the quality I expect from brother. Easy to use for the novice, versatile for the expert.

Nice machine. When it arrived it looks brand new and I can't see any difference in the quality of the results. I started sewing more than sixty years ago using an old Singer treadle machine so am familiar with sewing machines. Very happy with this Brother Sewing Machine.

This machine is all right, but just all right. The button to raise the needle broke the first time I pressed it (not hard) and it doesn’t do well with upholstery fabric or denim, and it really stretches stretch cotton no matter what stitch I use. I will use it as long as it lasts but I definitely won’t replace it with a similar model.

I love this little machine. It has some great extra features such as the multiple different stiches.

Great machine. It has really held up through all of my crazy projects. Super user friendly. I was able to make a full dress with some accent stitches on the one machine.

couldn't live without this gem - works like a champ! This was my first sewing machine after my mom's amazing hand me down machine no longer was repairable and this one made my mom's look like a toy! Would highly recommend!
