Brother lx2375 I bought this as a present for my granddaughter. She only comes to visit occasionally so it took a while before we opened the box and set it up. It went fine. Got machine threaded and the light was working fine. I was using a bobbin that I had wound from my machine which is also a brother. But when we went to sew, it would not move. No sound from the motor and nothing moved at all. Checked and the arm that moves up and down was either not hooked up or something in that mechanism was not right. But since the motor didn't work seems like there were 2 issues with it. So I luckily had purchased the insurance for it and they refunded my money thank goodness. I have bought other models of brother machines for 2 of my other granddaughters a couple years ago as xmas gifts and they are fantastic. So I was very disappointed when this one was a dud.
