I really like these blouse/shirts. I bought in the red and turquoise and wear them often. They are really completely see-through so you'll need to wear a nude colored bra, but given that, you're off to the races! I am a very "young" 62, 150 lb. wear 40C and bought the L. Fits perfectly, so trust the size charts. The stretchy lace is delicate, so be careful with bracelets and watches. I definitely recommend. Either wash in zippered delicates bag or by hand. Either way, hang to dry, and you're good to go.
