Almost perfect I have to agree with the person who reviewed this and said that stuff is a little tricky getting out, so thanks for the heads up, like her, not a deal breaker, first new purse in 5 years, I've been shopping for the last 2, I wanted a certain size and also wanted it for style, almost gave up until I saw this. I paired it with a Victoria Secret Glam rock clutch and they look like they were made to go together. Also the shine/gloss is as pretty as you'd expect. from the pic. Update: the shoulder strap broke a few days after my review, so I removed a star. It is still a functional hand bag, but I prefer a shoulder strap. I was just picking it up to put on my shoulder and it snapped at its seam. I didn't even have that much weight in it. I probably got a defective one.If it wasn't such a hassle to send back I would, but I do still love the way it looks, have already gotten 2 compliments on it.
