I had to return it because, the purse was just to big for me. I am in a wheelchair and it was so big that it took up my hold lap, plus it was too stiff which would have made it to hard to get things in and out of. However, I did like the style and color and it seemed like a quality product which is why I gave it 4 stars.

Just wanted to say what an awesome handbag. But what I would really like to express is how much I appreciate, how this item was packaged for protection it was wrapped in a thick tissue paper, sheet of card paper on each side, then placed in a plastic bag , then in a tote bag from the company. This company really respects and cares about their product. I love the bag it is beautiful the quality is awesome. I definitely will purchase from this company again.

not what I was expecting. The purse looks slightly defective, some of it was messed up, but still a cute purse.

I like the color. It's a lot bigger than I had expected.

The bag looks better in the picture. The handles feel like they cut into your arm while carrying it. You cannot put the straps on the holder its made for, you need to put it on the belt because it somehow unlatches and falls on the floor or ground. Alittle dissappointed. The only thing it came nice packaged.

Love it. Lots more room than it appeared to have. Fits planner, makeup bag, regular sized paper/folders and every other little thing I need to carry.

Handbag much bigger and heavier than I calculated. Waited too long to return. So I use it as my punishment for error in judgement.

Not as much room in the bag as I thought there would be. Big enough for a small computer, but don't try to add more to the bag than that.

I bought this purse for myself for Christmas. I was so excited even though the reviews said it wasn't the best....should of listened. This bag is horrible. It smells and you could tell it would only last a month at the most. Returned it as soon as I could.

The satchel is attractive and the pockets keep items organized. The handle is uncomfortable to carry and the buckle loops constantly slide to the middle of the strap.

Looks very good. I have received compliments about it.

For me, I needed a moderate sized handbag with lots of compartments for organisation and this handbag gives me that satisfaction to the core. It looks chic too and I already got compliments for it. I can hold it by the 2 handles or carry it as a crossover by the long shoulder strap. Overall I love it.

I opened the bag that the purse was in and this awful smell came out. I took the purse out, smelled the material and it was so strong I have to take an allergy pill. Placed the purse out side to air out and after 2 days the smell has gotten less, but acceptable to use. I have to return it.

I like the firmness of this handbag. I carry medical records for 3 people when traveling; the small manila envelopes slip in and out with ease. One compartment for the records, one for my notepad, pens and smartphone, and the third one for credit card case, wallet and incidentals. There is also a small zippered compartment to store my medications when I am away from home. I also like the idea of the shoulder strap that comes with it.

I love this purse. I bought it for church service, and it's perfect.

I am enjoying this bag in pale lavender, it has 3 compartments which is my favorite lay out & the size is right. I have used it twice & now see a couple places already breaking down, where the fabric is forced to bend 180 degrees. I think with careful care I can make it last. I haven't had any trouble with the handles like others have. The color is unique & very pretty.

OMG this bag was packed in such a high fashion way I couldn't wait to get to my bag. I had it delivered to my job and I showed it to my co-worker and she asked me where I got it from 'MY FAVORITE STORE' now I know she loves it like I do I have to order another one in another color.
