Received this bag 3 days after I ordered. Super fast deliver. Glad because it was a birthday present for my mother. Only problem was that it came without the adjustable strap. Contacted customer service and the person who helped me was really nice and said that they would deliver the strap to me asap. Bag was a little smaller than I thought but it was still cute and petite looking. Great quality. Would highly recommend for smaller people like me and my mom. (previously gave this bag a 4 star) Edit: So, they said they can't send me the strap unless I return the back for an exchange. Understandable. But since it was a birthday present for my mom, and her birthday was in 2 days... There was no way that by returning and having them send me back the bag that I'll have it back on time for my mom. Said I'll choose to return it back for the full refund. They said they contact me in 1-2 days. Passed that. Still didn't hear anything. Still a beautiful bag, gonna try contacting them to make a request for return again. Don't know if I'll trust this company to make another purchase. It was my first and probably last.
