I bought these Arizona Black Soft Footbed Birkenstocks to help my plantar faciitis. They are very comfortable and can be fit to your foot with the 2 adjustable straps. They are not leather, though. The black straps are the Birko-Flor synthetic leather. Which was not stated in the information. They are soft and easy to wear, so not really a big deal on the synthetic uppers. I get lots of complements on them. I wear a 7.5 to 8 B and the 38N fits perfectly!
