Not sure if the person writing up the descriptions is color blind or not. But the "black" pair is really a brownish metallic gold color. If you don't want that, don't get them.

Very uncomfortable the quality is bad

I am very happy with this pair of shoes. They are comfortable and look sharp. I have a narro foot with a high arch and they work well. I would have given the shoe 5 stars, but there is a very bad petroleum smell with them. I've been airing then out 3 days and they still are quite pungent.
