Very nice, but was to soft for us.

Very comfortable. Perfect !!

We use this on top of our firm memory foam mattress and it makes for the perfect night's sleep. It is soft and snuggly but it allows for the firm support needed after my 2 back surgeries. It definitely needs to be fluffed and turned every week for maximum benefit. I gave it a good instead of an excellent because it is a little heavy for me to fluff and turn but it is well worth it.

I bought this for my nephew in college. His bed was too hard, but with the addition of the featherbed he says it is so comfortable that its hard to get out of bed in the morning! I bought one for myself more than a year ago and the only thing I didnt like about it was the baffle stitching because it prevents (as its supposed to!) the feathers from moving around too much. I got it to the way I prefer by patiently removing the baffle stitching. Perfect, if you prefer featherbeds the old fashioned way.

I loved it. Because he wasn't comfortable I had to take it off the bed. I thought it was very comfortable and enjoyed it while it was on the bed. Because he had a stroke a year ago, I wanted him to be comfortable and this didn't do it for him. I packed it away for future use.

This was my first featherbed. I hesitate giving it 3 stars since it really didn't add much comfort but the cover it came with was nice It looked lovely on my bed and seemed comfortable for the first couple of minutes but not so much after that initial getting into bed. Someone mentioned it not having enough down and I think I agree. After awhile, I could feel the feathers. The puffiness quickly gives way to hard compacted feeling underneath. I have a chronic illness with pain. I'm small, 105lbs, so in theory, I thought this would cradle me and relieve some of my pressure points, but I just sunk like a bag of rocks with puffiness around me, which in turn made it hard to move and readjust when needed. I actually like my mattress but was looking to just add some extra softness and luxury to my bed since I am often in it. This unfortunately just didn't do what I had hoped. It's going back.

It fits the mattress and I like the removable cover. It's simply not making me sleep any better since it's somehow not soft and cozy enough. I think it doesn't have enough down and I still feel the mattress (brand new and expensive but not comfortable enough). I will return the featherbed. Will try to find another solution.

This featherbed is very comfortable and has greatly improved my sleep.

Put on top of new bed which was too firm. this made such a difference and extremely comfortable.

This could even be fluffier but it is well made and very comfortable and we ordered a king and it fits perfectly.. If you have a deep mattress be sure to purchase 20" pocket sheets!

This featherbed is of such high quality, including the removable zippered cover. I wish it was not quite so thick. It is a very good three inches. It is actually lovely, and I have to say that it will truly soften your bed. It is so thick and fluffy. Anyone would love it.

I have had several feather beds and this one so far is the best. The price was much less than I have paid in the past.

I own a Bed and Breakfast and am replacing the featherbed in a very popular suite. This featherbed is great. I am sure our guests will not want to get out of bed after a night nestled in this sumptuous featherbed. It came with a luxurious feeling protective cover but I took it one step further and protected it with another OVS purchase of a waterproof mattress pad that further enhanced it heavenly feel. I plan to purchase another one just like it. With this featherbed plus mattress pad, be sure you plan for the total height and the need for very large fitted sheets. The flat sheet has a big area to cover too.
