These are not silky soft! These are not easy to rate. I LIKE these sheets. However, I am a man and I sleep alone. The sheets are not particularly soft. However, for me they are fine. The sheets are warm, which I like a lot. The sheets seem to be of good quality, however, I've only had them a couple of weeks. Time will tell if this sheet set lasts, but it seems well made. They are not silky soft, nor do they have the soft feel of 600-1000 TC 100% cotton sheets. If you're looking for soft, don't buy them. They will not fit an 18" mattress either. My mattress is 16" and that is about as big as these will go. I have a full size mattress. Maybe the queen and king fit differently. To me, this sheet set is comfortable and warm, and work well for Ohio winters. In the summer, I will put these in the cedar chest and get out the 800 TC cotton sheets.

Long lasting These sheets are quite durable. They are for sure not the softest at first but they do soften considerably over time. They hold up well as I've had my three sets for a few years now. Great buy. Remember they will grow softer as u break them in
