Not even a 14" mattress fit!! Don't get me wrong, I really like the sheet set, they feel good, wash OK. BUT my mattress is only a 14" with a down topper on it, and these things DID NOT FIT!!! I even measured them at the corner seam. There is no way a seam can only be 14" and FIT on a mattress of the same depth or the thicker 18". I may have gotten a dud set. But they don't stay put on the bed and are very hard to put on since it's a king and I have to run from corner to corner tugging to try to get them on to begin with. I've learned to give it up and they just snug around the bottom of the mattress after being laid upon. If you mattress is not that thick, you're good. I actually like the feel of them better than the higher thread count I bought years before.

Decidedly Okay I had higher hopes for the feel of the fabric after reading another review. Make no mistake, the fabric is quite nice, but I was hoping for a silkier and more polished feel. I would describe the weight as "medium." These made-in-India sheets came out of the washer/dryer looking very nice and nearly wrinkle free, but the fabric has a "nap" that I'm not crazy for. This nap is going to grab flannel and cotton bed clothes and hang on tight enough for a serious "nightgown twist" or "pajama wedgie." Maybe this nap will lessen after repeated laundering - I certainly hope so. I ordered "taupe" which is nearly as dark brown as dark chocolate. None of these things are a big enough issue for me to return the sheets, but it's still a bit disappointing and I wouldn't buy them again.

Good choice...very comfortable...great fit Bought these sheets in sage and think they are great. The color is what I expected. The material quality exceeded my expectations. I have the 8" Serta memory foam mattress that I bought from this site. I also have a 2" memory foam topper that I put on it. WIth the mattress and topper combined the sheets fit very well. They fit the corners very nice and they don't feel like they are about to rip as some others have. Fitted sheet fits the matress surface and corners tightly. Flat sheet is long enough to tuck deep under the footboard end of the mattress and still pull all of the way up to the top edge near the headboard. After 1st wash they were still a little too rough. After 2nd washing they had just a hint of newness / roughness. After 3rd wash they were comfortable. After 4th wash they are perfect. Definitely some of the most comfortable sheets I have slept on anywhere....ever! I don't think I would consider sheets with a lower thread count than these, especially for the insignificant difference in price compared to the several years of use that I will get out of them. Have no fear of these sheets after a few washes. Anyone that would complain about the comfortability of these sheets after washing out the newness probably has a life-long predisposition towards complaining about everything in life... those people annoy me.

Heavenly Sheets I bought these sheets to replace a set of 600 TC sheets that I bought in Egypt six years ago that had worn out. I was sceptical about them living up to the quality of the ones they were replacing but they definitely have! They have only been washed about three times but even after the first wash they had softened up and are very comfortable and they have not pilled at all. I will definitely be buying some more of them.

Uncomfortable After purchasing a cheap 200 TC set of sheets from ***, I knew I needed something much softer. I did some research about thread counts, materials, etc., & decided to order these. I was very disappointed to discover that these didn't feel any more comfortable than the cheap set from ***. While the material is heavier, they feel stiff & coarse, even after washing. I ended up purchasing a different brand w/ a 400 TC from *** for half the price, which are far more comfortable! If I were you, I'd save your money & shop elsewhere.

Brown is Not Taupe When I opened the package, I thought at first they had shipped the wrong color, but they didn't. I ordered 'taupe' and got that, but they really aren't. Beware, their taupe is "milk chocolate" brown. The cotton is a high quality, but they aren't soft. If you care about wrinkles (I don't) then don't buy these sheets. They wrinkle badly. All that said, I'm not returning them because they will soften and the cotton is a high quality. If you wan't a soft sheet to begin with, buy Sateen sheets.

They are soft, but when I washed them in hot water they definitely shrank a bit. I sleep on a pretty thick futon, and can't afford much more shrinkage, so now I wash them in cold water. My skin is very sensitive and I have found these sheets to be comfortable.

I have had these sheets in white for several months. They get softer with each washing. I wash them on warm and rinse on cold. I use Purex detergent with Clorox bleach, and Downy fabric softener then use Snuggles dryer sheets. They are very comfortable using these temperatures and products with very little shrinkage.

I always wash my sheets in hot water-they get cleaner that way. But, these are on my daughter's bed which has an extremely thick mattress. She has never had a problem with them being too small-and we've had them a few years now. Also, she finds them very comfortable. As another responder said, they are cottony, not silky (which we prefer too).

They are soft but not like 1000 count. Mine did shrink. The fitted sheet was very oversize for my mattress but after a couple of washings they fit fine. Plan on plenty of shrinkage. Not sure if they will be good for person with eczema.

Bought 2nd set they are so very smooth and soft. No problem with shrinking, fading or bleeding, regardless of water temp. I have cats and dogs and these sheets have not snagged at all, a real problem with other sheets. They wash beautifully with not many wrinkles if taken from dryer promptly. I have 11" pillow top queen, they fit great with some room to spare, fitted bottom stays put. Pam W.
