We bought this for our new walk in shower. We took out the old bathtub and tiled the area. It's an old fashioned house and there is a wooden frame with glass insert at the top of the former bathtub area. The rod fits nicely hidden behind the lower part of the frame. It is very sturdy and I was able to put it in place with no fuss.
Read MoreExactly has stated. Am using this to hang a curtain across an open space to make a closet "door." Since it is adjustable, I can tighten or loosen it as needed.
Read MoreCheep ,looks good, works well.
Read Moreproduct as described; good quality
Read MoreSimple, cheap tension rod. Works how it is supposed to; although I used it for a curtain in the kitchen and not for a shower curtain.
Read MoreUsed it as curtain rods for my custom size windows and it works great.
Read MoreSturdy and stays in place.
Read MoreLooks great, and easy to install. Unwinds by itself!
Read MoreLike the tension shower rod. It is a true rose color not pink.
Read MoreA great tension rod I tried in several places put it through different situations and still performed.
Read MoreGot these for the kids bathrooms and they serve their purpose well. Looks nice!
Read MoreI like this tension rod because many of these rods come with ends that are big and "make a statement." I don't need my curtain rod to do that, Let the counter and shower curtain do that. Chrome, so matches. Good by white shower curtain rod.
Read MoreEasy to use. I would recommend this tension Rod.
Read MoreWould not stay up. Spring kept giving and curtain fell. Shipping cost doesn't make it reasonable to send back.
Read MoreHard to find item; nothing is standard anymore. This is just what I needed.
Read MoreI even raised the bar so it's supported solely on the tension and it holds. I had it supported by the edge of the shower frame/compartment but the curtain was touching the floor. Now it's floating elegantly and makes the bathroom look bigger.
Read MoreLove this tension rod. It is strong and easy to adjust.
Read MoreThe new rental has open closets (doorless). Yay. I just needed a basic but well-made rod. Considering the width of the opening, I opted for the most substantial thing I could think of and it works beautifully. A basic solid black cloth shower curtain covers my personals and leaves the focus where it's supposed to be - on the art, high-end bedding and draperies. Price was reasonable. Arrived quickly. Nice weight and good tension. Simple basic style. Satin nickel finish is classic. If the next place has closet doors, these are easy enough to store upright in a corner of the closet.
