zipper broke as soon as we got it in so we left it on to hard to take off BUT LEFT IT ON ANYWAY WORKS WELL SO SOFT STAYS ON BED WITH NO PROBLEM WOULD BUY AGAIN WOULD OF GIVEN 5 STARS BUT GAVE 4 BECAUSE ZIPPER BROKE .

Very good qualty. Zipper is sturdy. Extra room. I have a pillow top mattress and it was very easy to get on. My old encasement ( purchased from another retailer) cost more and very poor quality. soft essentials is a good quality and i will be ordering the box spring encasement.
