Love how it added firmness to a very soft matteress that I purchased through this site. It does however add heat, only down side. A bit pricey for it though.

My husband and I have stiffness issues. After purchasing the topper, we experienced less pressure point discomfort. We bought a medium topper, and my I say, it was not too soft or to firm. It was just right.. It stays in place, we have not problems with it. Happy.

Other than the normal airing out period (took 3 days as I as smell sensitive) there was no breaking in or adjusting. It was a perfect combination of medium support but soft. No problem turning over either, you don't sink in too deep. I run hot so love that it feels cool but adjusts on cold nights to the right temp. Super pleased!

So I bought this to help a sagging mattress that was just like sleeping on springs. This has helped so much! Purchased the firm and while its not like sleeping on a board it's so much better than what we had. Even my husband, who likes FIRM FIRM sleeps a lot better. Takes a lot of pressure off of the joints and just forms to your body in a helpful way. Only problem is our sheets don't fit but well worth that problem!

I have a mattress cover over the memory foam, its very comfortable and not hot to sleep on. I wish I had purchased it sooner.

I waited a week before reviewing this item to give it a fair chance. Very comfy springs right back to shape. Minimal smell. Fits mattress perfectly. Not as firm as I had hoped but still contours the body nicely. Can't even imagine the soft version. Would definitely purchase again but hopefully won't b anytime soon. I hope it holds up over time for the price. Update: Well I have now had this item for a month and sadly it has started to sag where we lay at. It looks as though we have been sleeping on it for years with two large indentations where we lay. I would send this product back but there are no returns. Too bad because it was not cheap. I would not recommend. Really bummed

I have fibromyalgia and arthritis and needed a soft topper that would not put pressure on my joints. This is it! This topper is soft enough yet has enough support that I can actually lay in one position. I no longer have to toss and turn to relieve the pressure on my joints. I finally can get a good night's sleep. I was worried about it being too hot, but it isn't. It is actually cooler than the regular mattress. I chose this topper because I needed a soft one, and most other toppers were of medium or firm support. The only thing I would change about this is that I would have liked for it to come with a cover.

Just what we needed for a mattress that was way too hard. It is very comfortable now.

UPDATE 1/7/17: This topper responds to changes in the weather! I purchased this in the summer and found the firmness just right, but noticed the topper gets really firm in cold weather. I live in Texas, so it's not that cold and I keep the thermostat at 68, still this topper is shrinking up in the cold and becoming very hard. I noticed when the weather outside warmed up the topper softened up too. This is really weird and unexpected. The medium is not too firm and not too soft. I finally found the right density for me. I noticed no offensive odor at all when I opened the packaging. I hope this mattress topper will keep its structural integrity over time, I have only been using it for a week.
