Soft and Squishy I ordered the medium firmness. It's pretty soft, I assume it's actually the medium but it's not marked anywhere. Regardless, it is delightfully comfortable, a soft squishy pillow on top of the mattress. I'm very glad I got it, especially at such a great price.

Go with the Firm I read reviews and they all said the firm was to hard. I added this to a firm mattress already and now it is a little to soft. I would definitely buy again but the firm would be my choice next time. Fits the mattress well. California King and spot on for that. All in all good product, just make sure you go with what you prefer and not necessarily what everyone writes.

Great Purchase This is our first gel memory foam mattress topper, and we love it. It doesn't get too hot, and I am a hot sleeper. I wasn't sure what thickness to get to start, and I thought this seemed like a good start. We do like the thickness, but once this one wears out, we will choose a thicker one. I would definitely buy one from this manufacturer again.

Used in boat berth Perfect! Cut to fit on top of existing cushions of boat berth. Added just what was needed - cool, firm additional cushioning. Much cooler and former than the regular memory foam it replaced. Best sleeping on boat in years.

Too firm This ended up being too firm for my needs.Made my lower back hurt worse. I bought a new Beauty Rest Recharge luxury firm mattress and got this for the top,but,it turned out to be too firm.Hard to sleep right with it. I don't think I can return it since there's no way I can compress the foam to fit in it's bag and box again.Might be ok for an old mattress that sags,but not for a new one.

factually really great, but Ordered the firm, however I should have ordered the medium firm. It really is firm and helps my back, but the way I sleep my shoulder keeps hurting. Feels like it's disjointed (it's not) but if you sleep on your side or back, the firm may too firm. Otherwise it really is firm.

Comfy.... We have 15 year old mattress that we are pushing to get 20 years from it. We actually was looking for a new one and the idea of trying this topper came up. Well bottom line it feels like a new mattress and it saved me a lot of money. Yes I will need to buy a new one, some day in the future but until I can afford it this was a great buy and my wife and I are sleeping great. We are both very happy to have and use this until we can afford another nice mattress set.

Perfect for a couple I am 300 pound male my fiance is a tiny individual and we use to have the 4 inch by slumber solutions which i absolutely loved but it was to soft for her it made it difficult to move around. I compromised after we moved and gave the 4 inch to a friend to go down to the 2 inch and we have a mattress that is approx 10 years old and has a pillow topper on it we put the 4 inch and now this 2 inch on top of it and does wonders! I can't say enough about it....and as for the smells people usually write about, initially there is a small odor, personally after opeing the product up tyo allow it to expand i sprinkle baby powder on it very lightly with a scent of your choosing and then after allowing expansion as per direction i vacuum the product with a small hand vacuum and throw it on the bed. i would highly recommend this!!!

Love it! My bed is too soft & I was waking up with my hips hurting & my lower back hurting. After 5 days sleeping on the memory foam the pain went away. I would recommend this to anyone who has back pain.
