happy customer Along with linen sheets, this pad has significantly improved my sleep – hurray! I still sleep hot, but it's much more manageable – no longer a nightly battle. As others have said, the pad smells a bit when you first open it, but the odor quickly dissipated. In addition to helping with heat management, the pad provides a nice soft layer of cushioning. I'm a happy customer!

Made in USA, machine washable, fits deep mattress I added it on top of my too-firm mattress, on top of my quilted poly mattress pad. Thrilled it covers and wraps down under (coincidentally the product;s name) tall mattress. Night One: I slept better than I had in a long time! Usually i wake hot several times. The wool seemed to moderate body temp. Anyone worrying odor; I aired mine all day on porch and it was fine. You could also throw it in the washing machine. Its made in USA, great! It made my bed more comfy but at 1" nap was not ,luxurious like a "sink down" foam, which is hot and also gives off chemical gas. I'd love a 2" one to get more cushiony loft. But for the price this was a steal.

Perfect I always wanted to try a wool mattress pad because I heard they kept you warm in winter and cool in the summer. They are very expensive everywhere else so I jumped at the chance to try one when I saw the price on Overstock!!! So glad I did! This is phenomenal! Not only do I not get too hot or too cold, but they are natural and no icky mites or bedbugs can live in them! YAY! I love this!!!

jzaggy24 Very happy with purchase . I knew by the first night that lambs wool had made our bed more comfortable . I have fibromyalgia and sleeping on our fairly new mattress was like sleeping on rocks . I woke up so sore every morning . I had read that lambs wool mattress pads were very good for fibromyalgia pain and I feel it's true. I don't feel as achy and stiff in the morning. I've also had a back injury ( so has my husband) and we both agreed that the mattress pad has been helpful . One thing - I did let the mattress pad air out for a few days before placing it on the bed . It had a slight odor to it and I had read other reviewers had done that with good outcomes.
