Met expectations Easy to fit, material felt sturdy, zipper secure, 3 zip tabs included for closure. Roomy on my mattress, but I'm satisfied with that, because I can add a foam topper if I choose to. I'm buying this to prevent bug infestation in my furnished rental, so I can't speak to it's effectiveness, but the reviews I read satisfied me that this is a good product. I expect that this will make checking the mattress for marks much easier on a smooth white surface.

it fell apart literally. Bought this for my daughter dorm bed. She just sent me a photo of it 2 months later - it literally is coming apart - not only at the seams, the fabric itself is just coming apart.

Worked well for first year, not 2nd year This protector held up ok for the first year. The second year it completely fell apart. Might work ok if you sleep perfectly still, but if you move around at all, or are putting this on a kid's bed where they move around a lot, don't expect it to last.
