A bit scratchy for 800 thread count Beautiful look, washed 2x to see if they would get any softer. The blend is the same percentage as some really high quality sheets that I already owned. I specifically had searched for the same blend. These too are made in India but the quality is not the same. I can't complain for the price - and would order again if they were on sale in white color. Somewhat scratchy against skin. I don't know how it can be 800 thread count. The color worked well with bedding from a previous Great Offer Stock purchase

Meh Should have shelled out for 100% cotton. As others have said, they are a little scratchy, but they're not too bad. The weight of the sheets is nice, medium weight. IMHO. Will relegate to back up sheets ASAP, but money doesn't grow on trees, so I'm stuck with them for now.

Itchy and scratchy 800 TC sheet set: doubtful. They look beautiful. They feel horrible. I washed then twice already. First with regular laundry detergent,cold as instructed, dryer on low heat with dryer sheets- still horribly scratchy. Second time after a Google search learned using either a combo or both baking soda and white vinegar can be used to make sheets soft, so not having the vinegar I used a cup of baking soda,on warm this time which was also recommended and again dryer on low with more dryer sheets- still horribly scratchy. So now I am just going to wash them every time I do a load of linens and hope they soften with time....what a waste. 800 TC for $* was definitely to good to be true this time. I read a bunch of other reviews before purchasing which is why I thought they would be good, I have no idea how they were describing the same sheet set.

Thick but NOT soft I totally agree with other reviews that these sheets are not at all soft or luxurious feeling. They are nice quality, look great, and fabric is thick but wayyy too stiff and feels like you're sleeping on paper towels! My husband likes them because they are thick and cool but I hate them even after washing with softener so will be purchasing a different set pronto.

So pretty I am so happy with the teal sheets I purchased. I was a little concerned that they may be too turquoise but they are a beautiful slightly dusty teal. The micro-checks give the sheets a beautiful sheen too.

Great sheets If I had remembered that I had this color (speaks to my lack of true organizational skills), I never would have bought the parachute cloth ones I did recently, which I am very unhappy with. These sheets when washed did not run and I bought the burgundy.

Nice, but... The sheets are a nice weight and weave. I purchased the turquoise color and despite several washings, the color bleeds. I put these up for emergency use only--my mattress pad and pajamas have a pale blue tint they didn't have before.

Love these sheets! These are beautiful sheets, nice and smooth and laundered well with little wrinkling. The aqua color is so very pretty, just what I was looking for. Also, the fitted sheet is deep enough for my queen mattress and topper. Would highly recommend.
