I adore this pillow! At first glance, I was a little thrown off when I received it in the mail. The pillow appeared very flat. After some time though, it expands a bit. I'm actually a fan of a low-loft/flat-ish pillow though (being the side/stomach sleeper that I am). So if you like a high-loft or mid-loft pillow, look elsewhere. But, if you prefer a low-loft pillow than this one is great! It's pretty reasonably priced, has nice memory foam and great neck support!

I bought the high loft. It is fairly firm, maybe to much for me because I'm used to a temperpedic pillow. Not bad as a spare but I couldn't sleep on it all night.

I bought this for my son who had disk fusion in his neck. He says it makes a big difference.

Thank you LINENSPA!! I have tried my fair share of memory foam pillows, this is by far the best, most comfortable pillow I have found. I must admit I was a bit concerned about ordering a memory foam pillow, because some memory foam has such a strong smell to it, however this pillow did NOT have that strong odor at all. I am so impressed that is came in a nice removable cotton cover, to me thats always a bonus. This pillow is so comfortable, not to firm, not to soft. I am a back and side sleeper and find it very comfortable.

I bought the high loft pillow of this product because I like more support and a firmer pillow. It is perfect! Not too firm, but not too soft! The best part about it...my pillow didn't have the traditional "smell" that usually comes from products like this. It has a nice case that the pillow comes in, and my pillow case fit perfectly over it! I'm going to buy another one because I love it so much!

I usually don't like foam pillows because they are hot and don't like the way the contoured pillow look. I decided to try this one and I was delighted how cool it stays all night. I like how great it looks next to my other non foam pillows. It gives my neck great support, as I am a back sleeper. I would recommend this to anyone who also doesn't like how hot foam can be.

This pillow really does stay cool all night. I hate waking up hot, but the pillow remains soft and cold so I don't wake up throughout the night. It forms to my neck to provide really good support.

I have the Lo-Loft pillow and I love it! The interior "Dual Zone Gel" is what makes this pillow awesome. The outer edge of the pillow has smaller zone holes that help keep your neck supported well, while the middle section has bigger zone holes that allow for more of a comfy feel and airflow under your head. This is a perfect blend of support for people who love the memory foam type pillows yet want sections that support your head and neck differently.

I recently purchased the Dual Zoned Gel Memory Foam Pillow and I love it! I’ve always wanted a good memory foam pillow and this one lived up to the expectations. It puts my neck a little higher than I was accustomed to but now that I am used to it, it feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud. I like that I’m never running into the “pillow”-flipping issue to have a cool side of the pillow since its temperature stays just right.

I loved this pillow. I was desperately due for a new pillow and this was a huge upgrade. This pillow was comfortable while laying on my side, back and stomach. It wasn’t too stiff and really formed to my head creating a comfortable support. I usually sleep on my side and this high loft pillow works great for side sleeping. I am used to using pillows that are lower and don’t hold their shape so it took a little more getting used to but after 2-3 days of sleeping on it I am really enjoying it.

First, the low loft is perfect for back sleepers. I you are a side or stomach sleeper, then this pillow is not for you. Second, this is a very firm zoned pillow. If you want a pillow that is very supportive, that keeps your neck and head aligned, and that will keep its shape for years to come, then this is the pillow for you. If you want a pillow that your head will really sink into, like a puffy cloud, then this is not the pillow for you. So, in summary, this is a pillow that will support your neck and head properly, is perfect for back sleepers that like a firm pillow, and its solid construction will last for years.

Still searching for the right pillow to ease my neck pain.Haven't found one in over 25 years. It seems nobody can make a good pillow for someone who suffers with chronic neck pain from degenerative discs,spinal stenosis etc.
