I love this quilt for so many reasons. The top reason, though, is its quality and durability. With cats and dogs in the house, my bedding gets regular washings. Past bedding hasn't survived the many trips to the washing machine. I didn't want to go the comforter route again because of the inevitable clumping from washing. I love the look of quilts but worried how all the seams would handle frequent washing.
Then I found this quilt. All the beauty of a traditional quilt but without the many panels of different fabric. This quilt has been washed countless times over the last two years, yet it's still in perfect condition and hasn't lost its vibrant color. I do typically air dry it, with infrequent trips to the dryer the occasional sanitation cycle, to keep it in its great condition.
