"Does this comforter have loops for duvet ties?"
This was a great down comforter! Purchased it years ago but I still use it in the winter (in a duvet - it discolored in the wash). It is not too heavy.

Down and feather-filled products are packaged tightly during shipping. Upon receipt, remove this item from its packaging, fluff gently, and allow several hours for full loft recovery. In addition, products sealed in plastic packaging sometimes have a disagreeable scent because of concentrated natural fibers. A few hours of airing typically removes the odor.
We recommend that this item is fluffed at least once a week to maintain down distribution.
The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.

Amazing Value & Excellent Quality!
I have been looking to purchase a down comforter for about 6 months. I finally purchased this comforter about 2 weeks ago and have been absolutely thrilled with every aspect of it. The baffle box is true and there is no shifting of down. The fabric is soft and looks nice even with out a duvet cover! Directly out of the box there was no smell, and within a few days it really started to fluff up. This is a great value with terrific quality! I would reccomend this product to ANYONE in search of a down comforter!

Not as Advertised--Buyer Beware!
The down comforter I received was not as advertised, in short, if you don't want to read the full review: 1. It's not 100% down--it's "minimum" 75% down and not white goose down 2. It does not have a fill power of 650--it's 550 3. It's by Royal Velvet 4. It does not have a 330 TC cotton cover--it's a 275 TC cover 5. I got the Queen, which is advertised as having 40 oz. of down--it's actually 28 oz. 6. The "baffle box" construction is only for aesthetics--there were empty channels and the "down" was all over the place, but not the most important--the middle. Now, the story: I received the shipment 3 days after I placed the order (great service) but was disappointed to find a light to medium weight down comforter, which was not my intention as the ad stated the comforter had a 650 fill count--I was looking for heavy weight comforters. The "baffle box" construction was a joke as well since I held up the comforter to the light and saw that none of the fill was in its place, some channels were empty, others were filled with what I would describe as fiber fill, not down at all. There is some down in there, but not much. The brand name is Royal Velvet and it had light blue piping around the edges and the brand was embroidered near the bottom of the comforter. The label on the comforter read "minimum 75% down" and where it originally stated "white goose down", the "white goose" was whited-out. I tried it for one night and it didn't even keep me warm...that's one night in California, where it doesn't even get THAT cold compared to other places (it was in the 50's). Thinking that Great Offer Stock had sent me the wrong item, I called them and explained the situation. I was told I indeed got the wrong item and they would send out replacements (I bought 2). I received those 3 days later but they were the SAME thing. I sent them back. NONE of the 4 comforters I received had any packaging information on them--you know, the information on the package, inside the plastic bag that tells you the item specifics. That's pretty fishy and now I understand why. I did some research on the Royal Velvet product line and found that this comforter is from their Legacy collection with a 275 thread count cotton cover, 550 fill power, and the Queen size has a 28 oz. fill--NOT what's advertised here, at 330 TC cover, 650 fill power, 40 oz. down. Overall, Overstock's service was great--but the quality of this item is NOT as advertised. I'm very disappointed to be mislead. Shame on Great Offer Stock for advertising this product as better than what it really is!

Couldn't be more pleased!
I just got this comforter yesterday, and it is better than I expected. It is light, lofty and fills my silk duvet perfectly. I have owned several high quality down comforters, and this is one of the best. Top it off with 2 day shipping and that wonderful "O" customer service, and what you have is sheer perfection. Purchase with confidence!
