Not waffle texture. Color of sheer portion is dark This curtain is not waffle texture, but dots with shiny highlights alternating with darker lights that create a waffle texture look in some light. The sheer portion is much darker in person then in the picture so looses its sheerness. The flatness of the dark sheer against the shiny-ish dots isn't attractive - at least not in the gray color we bought. I would return it, but it's out of the packaging. I was hoping it would look better once it was hung, but didn't.

Poor Quality for the Price The first one we received had a permanent marker stain on it. The replacement had a couple of light orange/brown stains that we decided to live with. Seams are uneven and wavy. Loose threads sticking out along the seams. Definitely not the quality one would expect from a *** shower curtain on a discount site. "Grey" has a definite brown tinge to it. Definitely more of a "warm" grey than a "cool" grey.
