This is a nice weight. Very comfortable.
Read MoreI don't know why they claim this is "temperature regulating". All 4 people in my family have tried this comforter, and all of us find it stiflingly hot. Much hotter than the down quilts we usually use in the late fall through mid-spring. My son woke up after a couple of hours of sleep absolutely DRENCHED in sweat. My daughter couldn't even go to to sleep with it on her bed. I'm so sorry I bought 2 of them. I think I will have to donate them to homeless people, because if you are sleeping indoors these are just going to be too darn hot.
Read MoreThis is a beautiful comforter and the queen has very generous dimensions. However, it doesn't seem to do regulate temperatures as advertised. I live in southern California and we were way too hot with this comforter.
Read MoreBest comforter ever! Thin comforter with a lot of warmth.
Read MoreThis comforter looks great on the bed, has a wonderful feel, and lives up to it's temperature regulating qualities (so far we've only used it in the fall). We purchased the oversized queen (90x98), which fits the bed well. I gave it four stars rather than five, because it's not a standard size, and I haven't been able to find a duvet cover that fits. The closest I have found is 90x96, which will probably work.
Read MoreI bought this comforter for its supposed cool qualities. While I live in CA where it doesn't get super cold at night, I have never been so hot while sleeping in my life. I am constantly kicking this hot, heavy duvet off, only to then be freezing in my cool room. On top of that, I recently washed it for the first time, and the filling is already starting to bunch and get lumpy. For this reason, I do not think it will be long lasting. Disappointing. For this quality, you might as well go with a cheaper option. Don't buy the gimmicks here.
Read MoreBoth hubby and I love our comforter. I like to sleep with a comforter that is not too warm and yet has a nice weight . Hubby doesn't like to be too warm. This comforter is perfect for us!
Read MoreThis comforter does exactly what it's supposed to do. It actually does dissipate heat when you're warm and insulates when cold. It's highly breathable so no sweating at all. Highly recommended.
Read MoreJust received comforter. Was disappointed to find no straps across the corners to tie down inside a duvet cover. How does one keep it in place without these? Also, not as lofty as I would like to have seen. Haven't slept under it yet--that will be the true test--but with my husband's overheating issues I will keep and try it. I guess maybe I can sew some straps on to the corners myself to tie into the duvet cover.
Read MoreI bought this to regulate/cool temperature as I just purchased a new mattress that made me much too warm. This is a light comforter, which is nice. After making sure I had pure cotton sheets and taking off waterproof mattress protector the combination of this comforter and those other changes has made a real difference and I am comfortable at night. Works well for cooler nights, working pretty well in summer.
Read MoreLight and fluffy extra large duvet. Sufficient to keep warm in the winter but light for summer months. Very happy
Read MoreWe still get a little warm on the really warm nights, but not nearly as much as our old comforter. Fit perfectly into our duvet cover and is ultra soft! *By submitting a review, each employee received a sweepstakes entry*
Read MorePerfect amount of warmth.
Read MoreSuper comfortable, but it isn't all its cracked up to be. I bought it because I live in the south, and it says its for all seasons as a temperature regulator. I bought a very thin duvet cover to go with this (which is recommended) and I keep waking up because I am sweating profusely. It says in the instructions to keep the a/c at 65 degrees in the summer, which is incredibly silly, I imagine that is how it can be used in the summer. It is very fluffy and comfortable however. I do believe that it will be a great comforter to have in the winter....
Read MoreThis has been excellent in the Chicago winter. It will be too warm as the weather gets warmer. It is a bit on the heavy side.
Read MoreThis comforter has kept me warm all winter, but isn't heavy or bulky. I am still using it well into spring and still love it.
Read MoreIn addition to this comforter, I have "temperature-regulating" pillows and mattress pad on my bed. It seems to me that they all trap and hold heat. This is a very nice comforter. The shell fabric is soft, and the filling stays in place better than down. I have always had down comforters before, but decided to go with down alternative to ease my conscience. I ordered this based on a couple of reviews from people in Florida who said it was comfortable for them. I also live in Florida, and this comforter is way too hot for me. I would have to turn the thermostat down to about 67 in order to not spend the night throwing off the covers and pulling them back again. That just seems like a waste of money and energy. If you live in a cooler climate, or one that is cold in the Winter, I do recommend this comforter. The quality is excellent and, heat aside, it's comfortable. I've tried this for several weeks now, and just can't make it work. I wish I'd sent it back, but maybe I can give it to a friend up North who can make better use of it.
Read MoreOutlast is a wonderful fiber! This comforter is the perfect King size, fluffy like down, and NEVER too hot, as a down comforter can sometimes be! Also, I don't have to feel guilty - that ducks and geese have been tortured by having their feathers ripped off them, and left freezing and bloody - just so that I can have a warm comforter!!! This is my second Outlast purchase - I also have the King size Merino Wool/Outlast blanket, which is so superb that it led me to purchase this wonderful comforter. Now, I'm going to look into the other bedding that contains the Outlast fibers - what a wonderful invention!!!
Read MoreThis was good enough for the guest room, but I was a little disappointed about the amount of filling. Had hoped it would be thicker, fluffier. Haven't slept under it, so don't know if it's warm. It is well constructed.
Read MoreGreat comforter for the price...love it...have no complaints
