I purchased firm but they are still soft with good support for your neck and head.

Although these pillows feel nice and comfy, I'm giving them only 3 stars because of the extremely poor shipping carton. The pillows were all spilling out and the carton was completely falling apart. It's a wonder they all arrived.

My daughter-in-law have these in the guest room and they were so comfortable that I had to buy them for my bed at home. She researched before she bought. I really like the medium ones.

Bought these pillows for granddaughters sleepover and quests. So far so good. Everyone comfortable.

They are pretty nice pillows but not the same as down filled pillow. I do like them tho, just not as much as down. Upside is they don't smash down like down.

I had to buy softer pills for my shams since the shams are sewn in a way that only will allow a softer pillow to be squished down a lot in order to get the sham on. These turned out to be nice to sleep on not just for the shams. My husband really liked these. I don't like to buy bed pillows online since it is a crap shoot but this worked out well. Would highly recommend these for an allergy alternative soft bed pillow.

These pillows appear over stuffed almost in a ball shape, however when you lie on them the part under your head totally flattens out becoming very uncomfortable to sleep with. I would not recommend them at all. Far from firm as they were described.

If I had to name the one best thing I have ever bought on Great Offer Stock (or online for that matter), it's these pillows! I love them to death. I've had mine for over five years now, and despite a little yellowing, it's still going strong. Still super comfy and poufy. It's very easy to maintain as well. I prop them up against the window sometimes so that the sun bleaches away the yellow, and I toss them in the washer/dryer to clean and make them as poufy as when I first bought them. If for whatever reason Great Offer Stock suddenly stopped carrying these, my world will fall apart! I used to envy pillows at the hotels I stay at, but now I consider my own pillows to be the best ever.

I used these pillows to make pillow beds for all my grandsons. They love them and I have a set on my bed for reading in bed! They are big, soft, well constructed and comfy!

Per the other reviews I ordered soft! So glad I did because these pillows are very plush, still perfect support with any position however the soft feels more medium so the medium without a doubt would have felt firm/extra firm!
