Fantastic I love our King size bed, but thought it needed a boost of comfort after 7 years... was hesitant to order such a product online. This mattress topper is incredibly comfortable. I let it open up as instructed, aired out on 1one side for 12 hours and flipped it over for another twelve hours. Never had a chemical odour issue. Our sleep quality is sooooo much better. Very cozy topper As advertised - fits our king size bed perfectly - wasn't sure about the "egg carton" effect but OMG I've never slept so well.... It's a nice cool topper (we're in florida so it can be a tad warm). It was a new mattress but we got ourselves talked into a firmer mattress than we really wanted so this topper does the trick!

Egg crate Took off the bed after 2 weeks and it's sitting in the basement! Too thick and to bumpy with the egg crate side up...too hard with flat side up. Not cooling whatsoever! Killed my back because it was like sleeping in a hammock. Maybe younger people would like it. Not good for old tired people with bad backs!
