Beautiful Color and Softness
I ordered these towels because I wanted to have beautiful matching towels in my bathroom. I got the set about a week after ordering. The towels came in a nice plastic bag sealed and was tied in a nice bow. I ordered a navy and I have to say, I was concerned that in the picture they looked dark and dull, but the towels was a nice beautiful navy, looked royal blue, true to color, the picture didn't do the towels justice. I didn't count them at first, I washed half the collection then the other half. I will say I would wash them according to the instructions. Instructions is to wash them delicate, cold water and dry delicate. They do fine that way. They lost a lot of lent in the dryer, but you can expect that, second wash they didn't loose lent. They are very soft and absorbant. True to size and color. My order was short a towel, but I called and talked to customer service on Sat and received and answer on my order on Thursday. The company was nice enough to replace the towel short and I wasn't happy with 2 of the other towels after wash and they also replaced them also, they send a brand new order out and let me pick the 3 bath towels I needed. I thought that was neat, and I appreciate that. I believe these towels will hold out for a while if they are taken care of and washed and dried, according to instructions. All in All I am pleased with my order, I feel I got a great deal and would recommend these towels to friends and family. Happy laundry!

When I opened the package of towels I thought they felt thin. The directions say to wash before use. I followed the washing instructions and WOW these towels are awesome. I’m so happy we bought them. We are using them in our master bath and in our guest bath. We couldn’t be happier with the quality. They’re soft and absorbent, it’s great to have these towels.

Not what I was hoping for. The picture is misleading. The towels are VERY thin and the softness is lacking. I wasn't expecting too much, but what I got I could have gotten the 18 piece set of the same quality from ********** for $** or the 24 piece set of the same quality at ************ for $***. I'm not happy at all. I took my time looking for what I thought was the best deal only to be left feeling I was misinformed and the item was misrepresented. Save money and Tim and go to ********** for the same quality at a fraction of the cost. This was my first and will be my last purchase from here. Very disappointed.
