Clearly the description of ITEM#: 17226570 says "zipper closure" It does not have a zipper closure but a button one; if I had known this I would not have purchased it!! Will be returning!! color not even close to what was shown in picture. I wrote a response with my return asked not to be charged for the return shipping not only did they charge me for shipping they charged me for the discount they applied to the order. They didn't even have the courtesy to reply to my request. Bad business!! Never Again!!!

Pillows were stained.
I liked the fabric, but when I went to put on the shams after washing, they were stained with a strange yellow dye, a darker color than the sheet itself. I should have checked before washing... I kept the duvet but threw away both of the shams due to these gross stains.

Soft, Smooth, and Crisp White
I bought this one because it had a reasonable price and other reviews said it was super soft. Glad I did because it is exactly what I was looking for! Very soft, smooth fabric (right out of the bag), a crisp white color, and thick enough to not show the lines of the comforter underneath. My husband hates how duvet covers shift around and so far no complaints!

Run too small for a queen size comforter.

Very light cotton and not as expected
This item arrived a week late. The package looked like it had been run over or caught in machinery with a large dark tread mark across it. When I opened the bag, I realized it was also torn and the dark tread mark was also inside on the outside of the cloth bag the item was in. Fortunately there was a plastic bag inside covering the actual cover and pillow cases so they were not marked. When I removed them from the bag I was extremely surprised and disappointed to find the cover is 2 thin bed sheets sewn together. It is not at all what I was expecting, does not look like the picture on the website and it does not resemble any hotel-quality bedding that I have seen. Very disappointed.
