Pretty, sturdy and functional

One flaw, but rated it 4 star because it is beautiful, functional, and easy to install. However, because it is extra tall, I am unable to close the door when needed. The door knob hits the gate and there is no way to adjust it. I looked at the catalogue and for sure they have it pictured with door knobs. I have a regular house, with regular door knobs, nothing custom. This is for a guest room, so we just take the gate down at night for sleeping, and put it up in the daytime. Not my intention, but it works, and the gate is worth the extra step, but consumers should know this. In retrospect, I would have ordered a shorter gate.

Extremely easy to install. We used it between the kitchen and the bedrooms & the overall look was excellent.

This gate looked perfect! We opened the box, still looked nice. Stretched it out to see how it might fit the space and immediately noticed the walk through is very narrow, about 16 inches. We can fit through easily but if you have your arms full or have company larger than the opening...how embarrassing for everyone!

I use this gate for my golden retrievers. It gets the job done and looks nice in my kitchen. The only thing I didn't like about it was the minimum adjustments it had. It has the one piece to add a few more inches and adjustable end corners to screw to make it wider or narrower. It wasn't long enough so I had to rig it to make it reach the two ends of the wall. It was slightly shorter than I expected it to be, but I add a little wooden block and it worked.

Yet another purchase to protect my new puppy and still make it easy for us to get in and out of the kitchen. Really sturdy...really pretty...really affordable....just what I needed.

This product is well made and easy to install!

The quality and ease of use is beyond my expectations. I purchased this gate to replace a wooden old school gate that had to be removed each time we wanted to walk through the doorway. Our goal is to keep our dogs in the kitchen when not at home, and sometimes when we are home. It is so nice to just open and shut the gate without moving the entire gate to pass through. My husband was very concerned the gate would look cheap and that the gate opening would be too small but he is very happy with the quality as well .. And he is very picky. I would recommend this gate to anyone. The wood accents just make the appearance even better. 5 stars here .. And I'm not usually that generous.
