Came in packs of two covers in each pack, only received 3 packs or six covers. Customer service was helpful. No more was left in the size originally ordered. Quality wise, the plastic is about medium weight. Using the covers with cloth diapers without diaper pins.

I had expected a training pant and what I got was waterproof covers for diapers or training pants. I just didn't read the product description thoroughly enough. The product name is, however, misleading.
