THE CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR THIS COMPANY IS INCREDIBLE! "WAIT" TIME ON THE THEIR PHONE RESPONSES IS ACCURATE and so VERY PROFESSIONAL! While the product in the 3' size smoothed out nicely, the 3' x 7' has taken weeks to try to flatten. It has not yet done so. The 8' x 10' that I ordered, I returned unopened as a result of not knowing if it would ever flatten. Really liked the quality and "color-match" of the three products, and so wish I had found them satisfactory.
I wanted an entry rug that matched my 5 x 7 rug. You now walk into my living space and get an open fresh feeling. More important, as seniors we don't want our home to be old fashioned. These rugs give us a more upbeat atmosphere and stand up to grandchildren playing and never look dirty or show lint.
This is an exceptionally high quality shag runner that does indeed tickle the toes. Color is vibrant, extremely well packaged and it rolls out flat. I also purchased the 2' x 8' Navy Blue Milan and the 2'3" x 7' White Reno runners for a patriotic exhibit I'm creating. I'm highly satisfied with all 3 rugs and feel very comfortable recommending them to fellow consumers. Also commend Great Offer Stock for exceptional service.
Very nice, looks like real grass, but they sent me a 2 X 3 instead of a 5 X 7.
