Simple yet stunning I really like the simplicity of this center. It has a farmhouse feel to it as the "Oak" is more grey, barnboard style. Was a bit of a challenge to put together and yes you will need a drill and an extra set of hands. I'm really pleased.

Fantastic! I highly recommend this TV stand. It is the centerpiece of my living room and it is very trendy and unique. The assembly took a few hours and two people should work on it but it was not hard and the directions are easy to follow. Get a drill to tighten the screws because there are several and your wrist will hurt after a while!

Pieces Missing Was easy to put together, a lot of pieces so overwhelming but easy. However pieces were missing and the top was chipped. The "wooden oak finish" is nice but you can tell it will come off easily if chipped.

eh.. Photos are accurate, but finished item is QUITE small. Stand has a ton of pieces and requires a few hours of assembly. There's nothing specifically wrong with it, it's just very underwhelming.

If the TV is on the wall this stand will block it. My client has her tv sitting on this stand. The stand doesn't have a opening for your TV to be mounted on it oright the wall. Unless you put the TV over the stand and continue to have it on wall. But, I don't know how well that would look!

The tv or computer monitor sits on the shelf. There are no mounting brackets. So you need to buy what ever you need to mount it in any way you need it. We used a base mount.

TV's aren't measured across their width, but from one corner to the opposite corner. When you buy an entertainment stand the developers take this into account and give you the measurement in relation to that. So a stand designed to hold a 48 inch TV is designed to fit a TV with a 48 inch diagonal measurement with enough room on the sides to allow you to set up your cables and what not.
