Horrible!!! I was excited to receive this mattress because it looks so nice in the photo. When I got it and put it on my bed, it was so flimsy and thin!! I thought I'd give it a try and maybe it could get thicker, but it's horrible! It has no body support at all and it started to indent in the middle just a few times after sleeping on it. When I tried contacting Customer service, they ignored most of my emails, so I had to call and complain only for them to tell me that it's non returnable. Never shopping at Great Offer Stock again.

My family tried to talk me out of buying online And I'm so glad they didn't! This is the best bed I've ever slept on. It is so comfortable and not too soft or too memory foam ish. I just moved so the packaging was perfect- so easy to transport and I opened it and let it return to its size. It's so hard to get up in the morning. No box springs needed. It can go right on the slats. We like lots of support though so we opted to put a piece of plywood on top of the slats to make it a solid platform surface. Just our preference.
